  I get off duty at 22:00, I went to this store to get some wiper blades for my car after work. I bought the $4 ones so I wasn't surprised when I put them on in the parking lot and the rubber blade fell off one wiper. So I went right back inside to exchange it for another $4 one. and spoke to who I believe was the manager and told her the problem I also showed it to her. I didn't catch her name but she was a bigger lady with black hair. She looked like me like I was stupid and told me that I need to come back tomorrow before 10PM for a refund. I explained to her I just want to exchange it. She said "no" and repeated herself for me to come back tomorrow. I explained to her that I get off duty the same time every night and still wouldn't make it here before 10PM when the service desk is open.. She shrugged her shoulders and said sorry!! (rudely) The other lady working there with red hair looked confused on what the other lady's problem was. The red headed lady started to talk to me, UNTIL she was "looked at" by the bigger lady with black hair, then she just said sorry to the lady a few time.. (out of fear from the look) I just wanted the conversation to end because I had a feeling that that the nice red headed lady was about to get yelled at. So I asked the bigger lady with black hair if she could just through out the bad one and I'd HAVE to just go re-buy another one. The meaner lady said "no, I don't feel comfortable doing that"....?? (WHAT?) Bottom line the bigger lady with black hair should NOT be working with anyone, even employees seeing how she didn't really care and intimidated the nice red headed lady to be quiet with just a look! I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a Walmart, especially while in uniform! When I was checking out the nice red headed lady apologized and said we hope you come back.. I told her it's a small town, I don't really have a choice but to come back.
